Glimmers and Hues

Glimmers and Hues was on view at John Wayne Airport from October 11, 2024 through February 24, 2025.

This exhibition stemmed from the therapeutic concept of a ‘glimmer’ - a small moment of joy or peace that can make someone feel calm, connected, peaceful, and safe, caused by appreciating simple things; essentially the opposite of a trigger. The hope being that visitors will want to engage further with the work and the artists, and will therefore uncover the ‘hues’ and shades of meaning and substance within the works on view.
